Raves and Reviews!

“Very positive and supportive experience. Professional and insightful. I was apprehensive about seeing a dietician- but the session gave me a new perspective and some valuable information and Madeleine was not judgmental- actually she was the opposite and called me out on some of my hang ups in a way that didn’t feel confrontational.” -N Bennie

“IBS sufferers, listen up! wonderful, caring professionals who can help you figure out what you can eat and in what amounts. Madelaine also helped me become more aware of my body’s hunger/satiety signals as well as learning to identify stress and emotional eating. High praise for these wonderful dietitians and their well-run business.” -Claudia Keating

“I connected with Madelaine right away…I found her breadth of knowledge extensive and she was able to answer all my questions and then some. She provided me with some handouts to take home to read as well as diving in with some practical hands on recipe suggestions. I’ve been to a couple of other RD’s in the past but Madelaine is far far superior! I wouldn’t hesitate suggesting her to my circle of friends and others…😊 Looking forward to my next appointment!” -Anita H

“Madelaine is so encouraging! She makes you feel instantly at ease and I have never once felt judged or incapable while discussing what I perceived to be my mistakes. She presents facts in a way that is not overwhelming and understands that not every technique will work for every person. I strongly encourage anyone who’s on the fence to take the chance and go see her. One session with her and I’m sure you will see that she’ll always be your biggest cheerleader.” -Sabina Fazaluddin

Madelaine is such a lovely person and I knew from the first appointment that this was going to work.   She has a way of explaining things so that I can really absorb what she’s saying and she really listens to what you are saying and gives great feedback.

With her help, I’m on the road to healthier eating and better health. One of my strategies to meet my goals is to continue to see her; basically knowing I’m going to see her I’m constantly thinking “embrace the vegetables” as she said I should really try to get more vegetables in my diet and I’ve always been a non-veggie person, not my favourite food,  but I keep that little mantra in my head “embrace the vegetables” and it seems to be working (still not quite up to 2 cups a day at both lunch and dinner but at least they are in my diet now).

Plus in-between appointments as questions pop into my head I know we can discuss things when I see her”.

“I would like to say that my experience at A Little Nutrition could not have been better. Madelaine’s approach was so positive and empowering I always felt like I could make progress..and I did!

I have come a really long way in letting go of the diet mentality and am getting to a healthier weight in the process. Anyone who has struggled with their eating and relationship with food would benefit greatly from this program.

Thank you so much. It has literally changed my life”.
