Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

Description

Use the instant pot for ehe easiest way to cook a Spaghetti Squash


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut squash in half
  2. Scoop out the seeds (I like to use a melon baller tool)
  3. Add 1 cup water to your Instant Pot
  4. Add the squash to your Instant Pot
  5. Put the lid on and close off the pressure valve
  6. Turn on the the Instant Pot using the manual setting to 5 mins on high.
  7. Once done, let pressure slow release for 3 more minutes. Then use the quick release to let all the steam out.
  8. Use tongs to take out the squash and let cool on a cutting board until ready to serve

Notes

  • Depending on the size of your squash, you might have to quarter on of the half pieces to fit inside.
  • Leftover cooked squash can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
