Chinwe (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience and a special focus on women’s health. She is passionate about helping people build a positive, sustainable relationship with food while working toward their health goals in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with their lifestyle.
Born and raised in a Nigerian household in Southern Manitoba, Chinwe brings a diverse and culturally informed perspective to nutrition care. She understands that food is about more than nutrients—it is connected to culture, family, enjoyment, identity, and overall well-being. Her approach is non-diet, personalized, and focused on helping clients make meaningful changes without rigid rules or restrictions.
Chinwe works with individuals who are looking for guidance in managing health conditions, improving their relationship with food, navigating life transitions, or feeling more confident in their nutrition choices. She believes that everyone deserves care that is encouraging, practical, and tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Chinwe also has a special interest in helping clients explore movement and exercise in a way that feels enjoyable, sustainable, and supportive of their overall health. Whether someone is new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to create a routine that fits their life, she helps clients find approaches that work for them rather than following one-size-fits-all recommendations.
Clients often appreciate Chinwe’s warm, approachable, and empowering style. She works collaboratively with each person to build knowledge, confidence, and skills that support long-term well-being.
