Nikki (she/her) is an Occupational Therapist at A Little Nutrition Inc. who supports individuals navigating disordered eating, eating disorders, body image concerns, and challenges that may be impacting their daily lives. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with what matters most to them and build a life that feels meaningful beyond food, weight, or appearance.
Nikki works with teens, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with mealtime anxiety, fear foods, body image concerns, emotion regulation, daily routines, or feeling disconnected from their sense of self. Together, you will explore practical strategies and build skills that support recovery while helping you engage more fully in the activities, relationships, and experiences that are important to you.
Her approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in a body-neutral perspective. Nikki often incorporates hands-on and experiential approaches, including skill-building, art, reflective activities, and real-world problem-solving to make therapy engaging, personalized, and relevant to each client’s goals.
Clients often appreciate Nikki’s warm, supportive, and non-judgmental style. She takes the time to understand each person’s unique story and works alongside them to build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Nikki also works with clients experiencing (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) ARFID, supporting them with sensory sensitivities, food avoidance, mealtime stress, and gradual steps toward expanding comfort and confidence with eating.
