Meal Prep Tips For Making Salads

Vegetables are not always the priority at mealtimes or are often thought of as a side dish. The dietitians at A Little Nutrition recommend consuming 2 cups of vegetables at lunch and supper. That might seem like a lot, but doing this really helps when it comes to cutting down on some of the higher calorie starchy foods that we tend to fill up on.
