  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Rinse the bell peppers and cucumber under cold water.
    • Remove the cores and seeds from the bell peppers, then slice them into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
